There are 04 Double Deluxe Rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the main Resort building.

Terms & Conditions:

• All rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 15% VAT.
• The above rates include complimentary breakfast for two (2) persons per room.
  Additional breakfast will be charged at applicable rates.
• Check-In time is 1200 hours & Check-out time is 1100 hours. Half Day charge
  will be applicable for C/O after 1400 hours. Early Check-in and Late Check-out is
  subjected to a full night charge. (Subject to availability)
• Usually only two (2) persons are permitted per room. However, if an extra person
  is to stay BDT. 2000++ (inclusive one extra breakfast) to be charged for an extra
  bed in limited basis.
• Guests are advised to reserve rooms in advance. One-night room rent must be paid
  in advance for the Resort to confirm a room. This advance is non-refundable.
  Rooms booked without advance will be subject to availability.
• There is no provision for Drivers and maids. However, we can arrange rooms for
  Drivers in a separate place of the resort as a dormitory system (cost approximately
  Tk. 2100 net full board basis) if we are notified in advance.
• We are unable to confirm any request of smoking / non-smoking and bed type
  preferences, which are subject to availability of the preferred room type at the time
  of check-in.
• In case of smoking in a non-smoking room, a surcharge of BDT. 2000/= will be
  applied upon check out.
• Pets and outside foods are strictly prohibited.
• NID for Bangladeshi Nationals and Passport for Foreigners is a MUST at the time
  of Check-In.
• Strictly not allowed to carry any kind of Firearms or Ammunition inside the
  premises.
• The Reservation & Cancellation policy will be applicable as per The NEER Resort
  And Restaurant’s policy.
